This fire hydrant is the focal point of dog hill, being both a pee stop and a watering hole. It's the pit stop of every dog walk. Griffin always takes a drink, whereas Saydie lies in the pan, and then soaks her self in the mud bath. The latter is a very timid dog, but when we reach this spot, she'll push a dog three times her size and weight out of the way, to claim her day spa.

I couldn't sleep last night. L was tossing and turning, and I could hear the occasional whimper coming from her room. I surfed the web until close to 2:00, searching for what, I don't know. Looking for answers, maybe.

I trashed my MSN messenger account. It's become a harbinger of doom.
