In order to fight back the blues, I cooked up a storm yet again:
Linguine with a tomato and shrimp vermouth sauce - I even blanched and de-seeded the tomatoes thanks to Jamie Oliver
Mini calzone stuffed with cherry tomatoes,mozarella and basil
Seafood thai coconut soup
No need to cook for the rest of the week ...
Oh, and Holgabitch lives on. Check back for more on that front.
