Here's something for a very cold, very grey afternoon.

I had a productive day today - it started off slow, after two hours of scanner trouble shooting. I was close to frothing at the mouth over it, but it's all better now. I then had an amazing Osteopath appointment, to work on my back issues. I have a raised rib, which is causing much tension ... and I have nerve issues in my lower back - all of which is stress induced. After having seen a couple of specialists now I am starting to become conscious of stress and tension in my body and have noticed that it is always in a state of fight and flight. So now it's all about training my body to relax. Ok, deep breaths. In, out, in, out.

I dropped off five rools of 120mm for processing and picking it up tomorrow. Yay hooray.

Five good things: Fresh Cherry Bomb sandwich, fresh snow, fresh coffee, fresh film to scan, fresh film to process.
