I'm finally feeling a whole lot better today ... not as stressed about work and I have more energy. I've been depressed and anxious for over two weeks now, and was beginning to think it would never pass. I was even getting anxious about being anxious. I have a good feeling about this week though. Maybe there is a secret ingredient in Whole Foods products.

Five good things:
1. Managing my time
2. The fact that my daughter ate edamame and falafel for dinner
3. Soccer sign up - am I now officially a soccer mum? Save me now.
4. Enjoying work - feeling challenged
5. Booking vacation time
