This morning I spent an hour at the hospital having a heart monitor strapped to me. My chest is covered in nodes, and I'm carrying around what looks like a transistor radio. It's only for 24 hours though - I couldn't handle the responsibility of wearing a six thousand item any longer than that. If it was diamonds, then maybe.

Lainey is settling in well and finding her place in the dog pack. I now have three pups following me everywhere, including to the washroom. She's a sweetie though. I'm already madly in love with her.

Five good things:
1. Feeling energetic and human once again
2. A new asian style cabinet
3. Firing up the bbq for dinner
4. Finding the recharger to my Cybershot
5. This poster
