Today was a hot one. Really hot. I tried to busy myself baking chocolate chip cookies and Jamie Oliver tomato sauce, but instead just heated up the kitchen close to the point of spontaneous combustion. L just stood in front of the fan declaring that her hair was now straight from the blast of cold hair. Mine, on the other hand, has lost control completely.
I'm truly dreading work tomorrow. I welcome the air conditioning, but sitting for long periods of time is proving to be a pain in the lower back. Literally.
