Yesterday, my friend not only bought ingredients for dinner, but came over to my house, cooked for me AND left enough for two more meals. Thank you Martina. You are a good friend.
Today I took it easy. For the last four weeks, I have tried to keep house, despite the combination of having a newborn and too little sleep. It took Bob going away that made me realize that the house can wait, and that what needs taking care of is me (and the baby of course). I attempted two naps, this afternoon, and despite being brief, it helped my frame of mind. From now on, I'm going to attempt to sleep every day. Screw the dirty laundry and dust bunnies.
